Gta V Ps4 Can't Download Update

My connection seems fine, i've tested it, i'm still online and on psn but it's saying i can't download it on ps4. is it just being overloaded right now? online worked fine yesterday as i got it early, but now it won't let me update anything. i bought the disc. but when i try to enter gta online, it says update is required..
